About Us

In 1998 Steve decided to build his own home.  From the moment  he was physically framing his own house to the end of construction,  people drove by to ask if he would build their home.  He happily agreed to.  And that's were it all started.  He loves completing the vision and turning over the keys to the homeowners. 

  In 2007 he earned the National Home Builders Association "Graduate Master Builder" designation.

Steve has always put emphasis on the structure of the home and looked for innovative ways to incorporate "best practices" in materials and building efficiency. He even tried steel framed homes.
