 In 1998 Steve decided to build his own home.  While  he was physically framing his own house, by himself, people stopped by to ask if he would build their home.  He reluctantly agreed. Then after the completion of his first customer's  home, he experienced the " joy" of seeing  the happy reaction of the owner's and designer's dream come true. 

 Steve manages his own projects!   Being a volume builder is not his goal. He likes to keep things simple with no drama! Building too many homes at one time loses the personal attention the customer deserves.  

  In 2007 he earned the National Home Builders Association "Graduate Master Builder" designation.

Steve puts emphasis on the structure of the home and looks for innovative ways to incorporate "Best Practices" in materials and building efficiency.  "An ounce of prevention prevents a pound of cure."  He even tried steel framed homes.  Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management. 

   Steve is married to Anita,  a 28-year elementary school teacher.  They enjoy three children.
